Steve Fisher

Steve joined Richard as Partner and Director two months after IPaD was founded early in 2010.

Steve’s primary function is the Director in charge of the Infrastructure Design side of the business. He has over 20 years of experience working in the Highways and Drainage industry. The first half of his career was spent in Local Government, the second half working as a Consultant.  Steve loves working in Engineering, and likes to generate enthusiasm in the office with his commitment to providing the best service for the client.

As with all members of IPaD Ltd he also has a great deal of experience working in the planning element of schemes, he is Just  as happy designing a signalised junction for construction as working with Architects and Clients to flesh out the bones of a new development.  Steve likes to look at the big picture of designs and will always try to help to optimise a scheme to benefit his client’s needs.

Between Steve and Richard they have a large network of friends in the industry, so if they can’t undertake an element of work, they will know someone who can help them. So if you need a solution to an engineering problem, IPaD should be your first call.
